“The girls”

Karen 150 Wallballs 20/14

* at the top of every 2:30 mins 100M sprint together

Then

Randy 75 Snatches 75/55

* at the top of every 2:30 mins 10 synchro Burpees

Then

Grace 30 Clean and Jerks 135/95

* at the top of every 2:30 mins 10 synchro Box Jumps 24/20

** both athletes with start together at the top of 2:30, 3,2,1 start with run together, come back in, P1 starts WB and switch when you want, at 2:30 run again, continue until you finish all wallballs, than move on to Randy, works the same way.

** rest as you wish between the girls but you must start at the top of the 2:30 when you start again.
