CrossFit Classes:

*Our morning classes require a “sign up” no later then 8 pm the evening prior to the class – this is how we schedule our trainers. Sign up through your WODIFY account!

Monday - Thursday:
*5:30 am & *7:00 am
3:30 pm 4:45 pm 6:00 pm 7:00 pm

Friday:
*5:30 am & *7:00 am
4:00 pm 5:00 pm 6:00 pm  

Saturday:
8:00 & 9:00 am WOD and Open Gym

Barbell Club Classes:

Friday:
6:00 - 7:30 pm

 

Built to Last Classes:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
8:15 - 9:15 am

 

Homeschool Kids Classes:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
9:30 - 10:30 am
