1) Snatch. If successful, add 10/5 #s. Continue until failure.
2) Reduce weight if desired; every minute on the minute perform 1 x Clean. Add 10/5#s if successful. Continue until failure.
3) Deadlift. Add 20/10 if successful. Continue until failure.
In the end, you"ll input your heaviest successful snatch, clean, and deadlift.
