100m heavy farmers carry

20 BB floor press 125#/85#

15 weighted situps 25#/15#

*this should be done in a YGIG fashion.

** while one partner is working to complete the tasks, the other partner is accumulating calories on the assault bike.

Partner A completes FC while Partner B is biking for cals. Once A finishes the 100m FC, Partner A gets on the bike and Partner B does the FC. Then Partner A will move on to the floor press and Partner B will bike.

Continue this pattern until each partner completes 5 rounds for a total of 10 for the team.

Score is total calories biked as a team.
