Test 2: 2 min max reps Wall Ball shots.
20 to 10 / 14 to 9.
Only the wall may be used as a target. Masters get 18 to 10 / 12 to 9. Teens get 12 # to 10" / 8# to 9.
3 min max reps Rope Climbs.
Must touch the ceiling (not the white line)
No rope climbs? Max Ring Rows, feet directly under rings, legs straight. 1 Rope Climb beats all Ring Rows.
In the 2nd, run 2 x 10 m sprints. Continue in this fashion until you can"t finish in the minute.
1 hand must touch past the white line on each turn (final 10 m length does not need a hand touch.)
