One person performs 1:00 minute on the Ski-Erg accumulating as many Calories as possible. Other team members hold a Slamball or D-Ball in a Bear Hug Position. Then rotate through until all team members have completed 1:00 minute on the Ski Erg. Team with the most calories wins!
