Summer Series 24.1 - The Barbell Humbler (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP(15):
9 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
6 Hang Power Clean
3 Shoulder to Overhead
Rounds 1 - 5 @ 45/15
Rounds 6 - 9 @ 75/45
Rounds 10 - 12 @ 105/65
Rounds 13 -14 @ 135 / 95
AMAP @ 165 / 105
Masters (born before 11/13/77) and Teens under 18: 10 pound reduction in all loads after Bar 1.
Weight changes must be performed by the athlete; clips must be on unless it"s an empty bar. Ladies can move from 15# bar to 35# or 45# bar immediately.
For the Sumo Deadlift High Pull, when the bar is empty, the bar only needs to go below the knees at the bottom of the movement.
